These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer, submission and acceptance of purchase orders for products on ISC Training Dashboard and do not, on the other hand, regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the seller that are present on the same site via links, banners or other hypertext links.

  1. Conclusion of contract

In order to conclude the purchase contract, it will be necessary to complete the order form in electronic format and submit it following the relevant instructions.

It contains a cross-reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, images of each product and its price, the means of payment that can be used, the method of delivery of the purchased products and the related shipping and delivery costs, a cross-reference to the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, and the method and timing for returning the purchased products.

On the occasion of the user's first request to activate a profile, ISC Training Dashboard shall assign to the same a user name and a password. The latter acknowledges that such identifiers constitute the validation system for the user's access to the Services and the only system capable of identifying the user that the acts performed by means of such access shall be attributed to him/her and shall be binding upon him/her.

The user undertakes to keep his access data secret and to guard them with due care and diligence and not to pass them on, even temporarily, to third parties.

  1. Product availability

Product availability refers to the actual availability at the time the purchaser places the order. However, this availability must be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of several users on the site, products may be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.

Even after the order confirmation e-mail has been sent, partial or total unavailability of goods may occur. In this eventuality, the order will automatically be rectified by deleting the unavailable product and the purchaser will be informed immediately by e-mail.

If the purchaser requests the cancellation of the order, terminating the contract, Institute of Cognitive Science (ISC) shall reimburse the amount paid within 14 days after Institute of Cognitive Science (ISC) became aware of the purchaser's decision to terminate the contract.

  1. Payment methods and prices

The price of the products will be as indicated on the site from time to time, except where there is an obvious error.

In the event of an error Institute of Cognitive Science (ISC) will notify the purchaser as soon as possible, enabling confirmation of the order at the correct amount or cancellation. There shall in any case be no Institute of Cognitive Science (ISC) the obligation to supply what was sold at the incorrectly indicated lower price.

Site prices include VAT (the legal entity ISC Training Dashboard will issue a receipt/invoice with VAT), shipping costs are not included. Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes do not affect orders for which order confirmation has already been sent.

Once you have selected products, they will be added to your shopping cart. simply follow the purchase instructions, entering or verifying the required information at each step of the process. Order details can be changed before payment.

Payment can be made by: Credit Card (always) and Bank Transfer (Italy only). The credit cards accepted will be Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Postepay and all those cards supported by the Stripe circuit.

  1. Delivery

Institute of Cognitive Science (ISC) in the case of on-demand digital products (past events) allocates the course just purchased by the customer immediately in the case of a credit card or in generally 3/5 days in the case of a bank transfer (until the bank transfer is actually credited and verified by us). Access is granted via a user account to which the purchased products are allocated. This account can be accessed from any device compatible with the latest browsers. You will only need to use the e-mail address used during registration (please contact us in case of typing errors) and the password. If you encounter any difficulties, our staff will be happy to help you.

  1. Withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 days pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 commencing from the date of receipt of the products.

In the case of multiple purchases made by the purchaser in a single order and delivered separately, the 30-day period runs from the date of receipt of the last product.

The purchaser who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal shall notify this to Institute of Cognitive Science (ISC) by means of an explicit declaration, which can be sent by registered mail with return receipt or by accessing the section: Help/Contacts on the website ISC Training Dashboard with the creation of a file.

The purchaser must also exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively submit the standard withdrawal form via the Help section.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should a registration for an in-person event/webinar scheduled in the future be cancelled, the following criteria will be applied:

  • for cancellations within 90 days of the start of the event, the refund will be 70% of the fee paid;
  • for cancellations within 60 days of the start of the event, the refund will be 40% of the fee paid;
  • if the cancellation is not made within the above-mentioned time limits, no refund will be granted.
